Last week, Chef Trish made the difficult decision to resign and move on to a new opportunity. I am very grateful for all her hard work and wish her the best of luck in her new position. After a busy week of interviews, I am happy to announce that a new Chef has been hired. Chef Wayne joins us after spending 18 years as the executive chef at a nearby senior living community. I look forward to welcoming him this week. Once he has the chance to settle in, I will set up a meet and greet for our residents. In an effort to streamline dining services during this transition, breakfast will be starting at 8 AM. We will return to our normal 7 AM opening time as soon as possible.
After careful examination of our structure and due to increased operating expenses, Anthology has made the decision to alter some positions across the organization. At our community, the impacted position was the Sales Counselor. Melissa was involved in many of our resident’s journeys to Anthology. She was an absolute joy to work with and will be missed by all. I wish her luck and happiness in her next position.
We invite our families to join their loved ones for a Thanksgiving feast on Wednesday, November 16 or Thursday, November 17 from 4 PM to 7 PM. Residents can invite up to 4 guest to join them for music, happy hour and a delicious meal! Please RSVP at the front desk. Available time slots are 4 PM, 5 PM, and 6 PM on either November 16 or 17. All times are first come first serve.
As always, please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
Anastasia Noffsinger
Executive Director, Anthology of Anderson Township
