About Us
We Believe Each Person Has
A Unique Life Story
In all we do, we exist to make a remarkable impact on the lives we touch. It is our honor to be a part of your next chapter.

OUR PURPOSE
We’ve made it our mission to provide a unique senior living experience that provides our residents with the best in hospitality and care, so they can live their story in a beautiful, meaningful way. From our directors and care managers to our housekeeping and kitchen team, we think of every team member as a caregiver, part of a dedicated family that’s committed to making a difference in the lives of others.
OUR VALUES
We are guided by our core values that define the way we live and work at Anthology

LET PASSION DRIVE YOU
We approach each day with vigor and enthusiasm for our mission to enrich our residents’ lives and provide an exceptional employee experience. We find enjoyment in our work and fight for better outcomes.

SEEK FIRST TO UNDERSTAND
Rather than being reactive, we want to understand all sides of a situation. Use empathy in our interactions. Consider the consequences to our actions before we make them.

STAY NIMBLE
We bounce back when things don’t always go as planned. We identify potential obstacles quickly and course correct when needed to achieve the potential of the future. We don’t let anything slow us down.

LEAD WITH COMPASSION
We are there at the end of the day to lend a helping hand or be a shoulder to lean on when times are tough. Compassionate team members are at every level of the organization, from our care and culinary teams to our accounting and finance teams.

BUILD TRUST
We must deliver on our promises and stay true to our word. Trust is being there when we say we will, for our team, our residents, and ourselves. Trust is actively listening and showing appreciation for others.

OWN IT
We take accountability for our roles, actions, and words. We hold those we lead accountable to their responsibilities and provide honest feedback.
