Anthology's evolving COVID-19 protocols and safety measures adhere to CDC, state, and local guidelines. They include:
-
Full or partial quarantine. We implement full or partial quarantines for residents as needed, based on specific circumstances and state and local regulations. To promote wellness and engagement during quarantine, we have developed a Socially Distanced Engagement Program. For more information, please see the FAQ “How does Anthology ensure that residents remain active and engaged during this time?”
-
In-suite dining during quarantine. If in-suite quarantine is warranted, fresh meals, snacks and beverages are delivered directly to residents in their suites.
-
Screening for COVID-19 symptoms. Residents and team members are screened daily for fever and other COVID-19 related symptoms.
-
Testing for COVID-19. We have tested all team members for COVID-19, and continue to test them on an ongoing, randomized basis. We test/provide access to testing for residents as required by specific circumstances and state and local regulations.
-
Personal protective equipment (PPE). Team members use personal protective equipment at all times when in the community. Residents use masks when outside their suites or when a team member is in their suite.
-
Social distancing. Social distancing is practiced by everyone at our communities.
-
Visiting bans or restrictions. We welcome visits from loved ones whenever possible. However, we may need to implement visiting bans or restrictions as required by specific circumstances and state and local regulations. We continually encourage loved ones to remain in close contact via phone calls, video chats, and email. For information on visiting, please see the FAQ “When may I visit my loved one?”.
-
Telehealth. Telehealth technology is in use at many communities for non-emergency health care services.
